Brazilian cuisine

Schooled at the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, the chef runs the traditional restaurant Amadeus, in São Paulo, bought by her parents in the wake of the 1980’s. In 2002, Bella started working in the kitchen and soon began to manage the house menu. The place is known for treating fish and seafood with special care, like only a few other restaurants in São Paulo.
