Spanish cuisine

Born in Catalonia, Oscar Bosch had the first contact with cooking as a child in his father’s restaurant Can Bosch, in the city of Cambrils, 100 km away from Barcelona, and has owned a Michelin star for more than 30 years. It was before moving to Brazil in December 2009 that he learned his technique by working in three of the most renowned restaurants in the world: El Bulli and El Celler de Can Roca, both in Girona, and Hof van Cleve, a three-Michelin-star Belgian restaurant led by Peter Goossens.
