Pablo Inca was born in the small town of Jujuy, in the mountains of northern Argentina. From there, he brought the flavors and memories of his mother’s cooking in wooden stoves and clay pots, and combined it with the indigenous traditions of his region.
His curiosity about the world and new flavors, outside of his little town, led the chef to seek new horizons, ingredients, and products.
Now in Brazil, Pablo is the creative leader/chef-in-charge of Mangiare since 2014. In charge of the restaurant’s kitchen, the young Argentine has been leading a success story of flavors served in the house.
