Um restaurante fechado por final de semana com uma experiência exclusiva

Once again, the Taste of São Paulo will feature the TASTE EXPERIENCE, which is an exclusive and intimate experience for only 24 people in a few days and times at the Festival. The guest chefs will prepare a 4-course menu matched with drinks and you will watch all of this up close!


First weekend

Mocotó is one of the greatest Brazilian cuisine restaurants in our country. From a regional cuisine inspired by the Northeast of Brazil, Rodrigo Oliveira created a collection of modern meals very identified with our culture. Today, the chef is a reference for tasty comfort food, and over the years he has found national and international fame — next year, he opens a restaurant in Los Angeles. His restaurants Mocotó and Balaio are massively popular. The Mocotó brand, however, is not restricted to traditional meals. Research and invention are part of the house’s proposal, an aspect explored at Engenho Mocotó, which will be showcased to a small and select audience within the Taste Experience, with menus signed by the chef.

Engenho and Esquina Mocotó Experience: a four-course menu created by Rodrigo Oliveira, prepared and presented by young chefs Caroline Francelino and Alexandre Ballarin, who run Engenho, Mocotó’s gastronomic laboratory. They will present Engenho’s creative cuisine while reliving Esquina Mocotó (the Michelin-starred restaurant closed down in 2018 by Rodrigo even though it was highly successful). An exclusive menu matched with drinks and wines.

Second weekend

One of Brazil’s greatest gastronomic brands, Fasano embodies Rogerio Fasano’s stringent levels of excellence, as an executive that is passionate about Italy, his family’s homeland. Fasano, his most famous restaurant, clearly reflects this loving care. Food, service, hospitality, everything is done with utmost dedication in the restaurant run by Luca Gozzani. At the Taste Experience, the chef will team up with a childhood friend, sommelier Massimo Leoncini, his colleague at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, and Fasano in Sao Paulo, to make a menu inspired by the region where they were both born: Tuscany.

Tuscan Experience: a four-course menu created by Fasano’s chef Luca Gozzani, inspired by interpretations of Tuscan classics, all matched with Italian wines chosen by sommelier Massimo Leoncini.

  • 25/08 at 6 p.m.

This is experience is to be paid separately and it costs BRL 350 per person, in addition to the amount paid for the ticket.

To purchase this experience at the Tudus website, choose the ticket of the day. Once you have made your booking, the Taste Experience add-on option will pop-up. Just add it and finish your payment and your spot will be reserved. On the 17th, it is only valid for the Taste Sunset.
